Dmytro Yarosh (Дмитро Анатолійович Ярош) is one of the founders of Right Sector and was the leader of one of its associated groups, Trident, and the commander of the Ukrainian Volunteer Corps, after leaving Right Sector he became the leader of his own party, the State Initiative of Yarosh (DIA), and the commander of the Ukrainian Volunteer Army, a splinter group of the Volunteer Corps

In 2021, he threatened to use force against the Ukrainian government for its decision to blacklist the Sheikh Mansur Battalion, a Chechen militia associated with Right Sector.
