The Rising Sun (Austošā Saule) is a Latvian Ethno-Nationalist group partnered with the international group The New Prometheism (International).
From their Website: “The goal of the “Rising Sun” program is a Latvian Latvia - a national democratic state united by the principles of Latvianness, justice and order!
The program is based on the original manifesto of the movement , succinctly expressing the most essential ideas and goals of national democracy.”
