Ruslan Onishenko

Ruslan Onhishenko (Руслан Онищенко) was a commander of the Tornado Battalion.

Onishenko was previously convicted for a mere 11 years for several crimes he committed leading Tornado and Shakhtarsk Battalion. He was prematurely released after serving around 7 years in prison, in order for him (and other convicts) to aid the war effort.
