Alexey Milchakov (Алексей Мильчаков) is the leader and co-founder of the Rusich Group paramilitary, as opposed to many other far-right groups and figures, Milchakov makes no effort to publicly downplay his radicalism or extremism, openly admitting his Nazi ideology, this has led to criticism from Pro-Russia figures, viewing him as an unacceptable “ally” in the war effort in Ukraine, but these concerns have been ignored was Rusich has been allowed to continue operating.
Milchakov is also infamous for his violent sadism, mocking the war dead of Ukraine and even posting pictures of him beheading a puppy on social media.
He previously led Rusich alongside Jan Petrovsky, but is now the sole commander of the group after Petrovsky was arrested by Finnish authorities.
