Katehon (Катехон) is a Pro-Russian think tank which represents the Tsargrad Institute, headed by Russian Fascist theorist Alexander Dugin:

The katehon.com website is the main platform on which materials from seminars, congresses and conferences of the Tsargrad Institute are posted, scientific reports and studies are published.

Director of the Tsargrad Institute - to.f.n., d.p.n. and d.with.n., famous Russian philosopher Alexander Gelievich Dugin.

The think tank promotes Dugin’s “4th Political Theory” “National-Bolshevik” ideology1 and his Neo-Eurasian geopolitical agenda, featuring contributions from Dugin himself alongside other likeminded contributors, with articles attacking Western institutions such as the EU and NATO while promoting Russia and the invasion of Ukraine.

One article in particular known as “To whom may go the territories of Ukraine?” called for Ukraine’s lands to be divided between various European states, including Russia, Belarus, Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, Romania, Moldova and Transnistria.

Due to its promotion of the Dugin agenda, the think tank could be considered a part of the Eurasia Movement.

Not to be confused with the similarly named Pro-Ukrainian movement “Katekhon”.
